These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sharla Mohney Salon website at sharlamohneysalon.com and the services provided by Sharla Mohney Salon ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked online through Vagaro or by contacting us directly. A valid contact method is required to confirm all bookings. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeat no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Service Results and Consultations

Hair color, extensions, and chemical services are customized to each client. Results may vary based on individual hair condition, previous chemical history, and maintenance. We strongly recommend completing an inquiry form or consultation prior to booking vivid color, extensions, or significant transformation services.

We are not responsible for results that differ from reference photos when the difference is due to the client's natural hair condition or undisclosed prior treatments.

Vivid Color Inquiries

Vivid and fantasy color services require a pre-booking inquiry and consultation. Approval is at the stylist's discretion based on hair health, lifestyle, and timing. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a booking.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Pricing is subject to change. Service quotes provided at consultation are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual time and materials required.

Retail Products

All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

Website Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
